This page explains the pilot application. Your accepted project will have a separate written scope and trial agreement before work begins.

The offer

MatatanTech LLC is reviewing applications for five standard starter websites. The starter scope is one responsive scrolling page with up to five sections, supplied content, a call/email/existing booking link, basic page metadata, and one consolidated revision round. Custom functionality is separately estimated. Acceptance, delivery dates, and results are not guaranteed.

Your trial

The 30-day clock begins when the site is ready and you approve it for trial. Start and end dates are recorded and shared with you. There is no trial website build fee, no upfront card, and no automatic billing. Domain and hosting costs are your responsibility only when separately disclosed and approved. Domain ownership should remain in your name. Applying creates no obligation to purchase anything.

At the end

You can accept a separately quoted purchase or ongoing service plan in writing, or walk away. A subscription’s amount, included work, renewal, and cancellation terms must be agreed before it begins. Without a continuation agreement, the trial website is taken offline at the agreed end date. You retain your supplied content and assets. Final website ownership, source handover, migration, and licensing are governed by the separate purchase agreement. Approved third-party charges remain subject to their disclosed terms.

Existing websites

Redesign trials are built on a separate preview. Your existing site, email, domain, and DNS are changed only with separate permission and a migration plan. Supply only material you own or are authorized to use.

Your application data

We collect your business and contact details, project needs, current website, content readiness, referral source, submission time, and the notice version acknowledged. MatatanTech uses these details to review your application, contact you about it, deliver an accepted project, and maintain project records. Authorized team members access project records. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate this service.

We do not sell application data, require a MatatanTech email account, or use this acknowledgment as consent to unrelated marketing. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials, sensitive customer information, or card details. We use essential platform sign-in for the team workspace; this application has no added advertising trackers.

Retention and requests

Our operating policy is to review unaccepted applications for deletion within 90 days of closure, and retain accepted-project records only as needed for delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, or other obligations. Deletion review is handled by the team; it is not an automated timer. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@matatantech.com with your application reference. We verify the request before acting.
