Service & cancellation policy

Before a project begins

We agree on scope, responsibilities, content, revisions, costs, delivery assumptions, and support in writing. Applying or asking for an estimate does not order paid work. A separate project agreement records the arrangements for your business.

The 30-day website trial

Website First has no trial website build fee, no upfront card, and no automatic billing. The trial starts after your working starter site is approved for trial and the start/end timestamps are recorded and shared. Domain, hosting, and other provider costs are your responsibility only when separately disclosed and approved. Read the trial details for the starter scope and eligibility.

If you want to end the trial

Email info@matatantech.com with your business name and project reference if available. We will confirm the end and when the trial site will be taken offline under your project agreement. Ending the trial does not create a website build fee. Separately approved third-party charges follow the provider’s disclosed refund and cancellation terms.

If no continuation agreement is accepted, the trial site is taken offline at the agreed end. A written extension must record a new end date; silence is not a purchase, subscription, or extension.

Paid projects, service plans, and refunds

A purchase or ongoing service plan requires separate written acceptance before it begins. Its agreement states the deliverables, charges, payment schedule, ownership, support, cancellation and refund arrangements, and any renewal terms. We do not activate an automatic paid plan from a trial application.

There is no universal “all payments are nonrefundable” rule on this website. Any refund question is assessed against the accepted agreement, work delivered, approved third-party commitments, and applicable law. If an agreement does not answer a concern, contact us so we can address it before more work or charges. Nothing in this policy removes nonwaivable legal rights.

Your materials and existing website

You retain your supplied content and assets. Domain ownership remains in your name. Ownership, licensing, source handover, and migration of the finished website are stated in a separate purchase or continuation agreement; they are not implied by the trial.

A redesign trial uses a separate preview. We change an existing live site, email, domain, or DNS only with separate permission and an agreed migration plan. When a project ends, we coordinate return of supplied materials and discuss approved provider cancellations rather than assuming an outside account has been closed.
